Discovery & Assessment Phase
- Includes an initial consultation, data review, and feasibility study. We analyze your current data infrastructure and operational challenges to define the optimization scope and project roadmap.
- Fixed fee: €5,000 – €10,000
Pilot Project / Proof of Concept (PoC)
- Develop and deploy a tailored RL-based optimization model on a limited scope to demonstrate value and performance. Includes ETL services, algorithm customization, and performance reporting.
- Duration: 4–8 weeks
- Price range: €15,000 – €40,000 (depending on complexity and data volume)
Full Deployment & Integration
- Full integration into your operational systems, extended data pipelines, ongoing model training, and performance monitoring. Pricing depends on data size, complexity, and required support level.
- Custom pricing based on scale: starting from €40,000+
Ongoing Support & Optimization
- Continuous model updates, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incremental improvements to adapt to changing conditions.
- Monthly retainer or subscription: €3,000 – €10,000 per month
